A villa dating back to 1820, once home to the Fabrizi family, purchased in 2019 and brought back to life while respecting its original forms, using natural materials such as wood and lime. Today Villa Beatrice is an elegant, charming residence looking straight out to the Apuan Alps.

The panoramic pool, the century-old park and just two carefully appointed rooms make every stay an intimate, restorative experience. The ideal retreat for couples seeking authentic Tuscany, far from mass tourism.
